 Tallin City  Mila Staroverova, a Russian Artist specializing in original art - oil on canvas paintings. Mila is a graduate of the St. Petersburg Academy of Art and Industrial Design and strives to express the subtle game of form and substance through the use of ornamentation, symbolism and the unusual.
